5 years agoSingle mother (divorced) with two kids and high mortgage cant get more complex situation. If you listed the house on the market and placed under contract dont think its sold. I had my house under contract- twice with the realtor. Had no more time to waste. I contacted this guys and was presented with various creative ways to chose to fit my situation.
