Trevor and Tyler were just great! I interviewed and set up tours of the property for about 10 folks in the business of flipping houses. I chose Trevor. Trevor struck me as a very straight shooter, honest, ethical and who has integrity. I'd call him the best of the lot. He was willing to wait, without any quibbles, while it took me another 4 months to finally get a disabled tenant safely into another home, so that I could sell. He never made promises he could not keep, and he kept every promise he made. I recommend him without any hesitation, and without any qualms. The price he offered was fair, and virtually identical to the others in the same business. My home was a nice, solid home but in need of some upgrades and a lot of rehab, like new carpets, paint, etc. I had owned the property for over 20 years, and I had a soft spot in my heart for the neighborhood. I think that the neighbors will soon see this house transform from one of the worst in the neighborhood to one of the nicest, so I can sleep at night knowing I did every one a big favor.
