They continuously send inappropriate mailings based on public probate records in an attempt to buy houses as part of an estate being finalized.

Plan b homebuyers sent a mailing to my moms home. We were actually in the process of moving my mom out as my father passed and my mom was moving to the city I lived in. I contacted Brian from plan b and he was VERY easy to get in touch with. We quickly made arrangements for him to see the house. He came took notes and got back to me within the time frame he specified. During the visit Brian was personable,kind,caring and genuinely treated me with respect. He made the closing easy and stayed in contact throughout. If you’re thinking you should do it or on the fence I’d say definitely go for it was better than I imagined it could be.
