Have never had any communication with these people, and yet get a SPAM text from some guy named Julious about my property. If they need tp use these tactics to do business, I would stay away from them.

I have been dealing with Peninsula Home Buyers for a few years now and have sold two homes to them with no hassles- Fast, concise and convenient closings. I appreciate the fair and honest communication and advice. In fact, I was told to even hold on to a property by them in the past because that was in my best interest at the time. A great group to work with- all lead by Theo Langston- an ethical, successful business man with the manpower to get things done. I highly recommend this buyer over the many out there and would use them again.

Looked at a house this company flipped. You will find they cut corners and try to hide major issues with the houses they renovate. They like to spray paint pipes to hide issues, then let the paint run down the walls. The flooring wasnt even cut to fit around pipes and radiators. Electrical was shady. Be careful when looking at houses this company owns.

"Theo" sent unsolicited emails with sketchy DocuSign links. No explanation, would not answer any questions. Responses were not grammatically correct whatsoever. Clearly a scam, beware.

I just sold my house to Mr. Theo Langston from Peninsula Home Buyers and I hope I can find words to express what a wonderful experience it was from beginning to end. I needed to sell my house after experiencing difficult life events and I wasn’t up to dealing with the whole experience of selling a home, I.e. repairs, clean up etc. Mr. Langston was very understanding and supportive of my circumstance and gave me the time i needed to have him come and see the house. When inspecting the house he was very courteous and professional. I could tell that he was very knowledgeable and proficient about the structure of houses. He offered me a very fair offer for my home and guided me through the whole procedure. Everything went smoothly from signing the contract to settlement which went very quickly.
