The team at OKC Property Buyers is solid. Alai doesn't give you a bunch of salesy BS. Just good people that treat you like a person, not a transaction. From the start they were responsive, clear and easy to work with. Rare in this space. I talked with others that are the opposite. These guys are legit and would use again if i ever needed to.

I was going to just let this go, but today I had an event that makes me feel that I have to warn people about this company. They came on strong in the beginning, offered me exactly what I asked for which was below market value. The day before supposed closing They called and tried to blame tariffs, which by the way, have not even started yet. on the fact that they cannot close. I had renters in my property that I had moved out at their request. This cost me a lot of money because I was doing my part. The day before closing I told Alai that if it didn’t happen the next day we were done. The day after supposed closing, he was calling me with a great offer according to him. I refuse to talk to him. He left numerous voicemails. He tried calling me on different phone numbers I blocked every single one of them. Today eight days later, he shows up at my home that I live in unannounced. I find this very threatening and disturbing and if I get any more contact, even a ridiculous rebuttal on here, I will notify the authorities. DO NOT try to do business with this company. They are very unethical.

The process was quick and we were given a fair price fair offer for our property.
