Adam came over and the very same day gave me the offer I wanted to avoid listing my house. The process was so quick and easy. 3 weeks after the contract was signed, the title was transfered over and we got paid within 24 hours. I shopped around for a buyer but they were by far the best. They all have such great perosnalities are are great at communicating. I honestly would suggest just using them. Shopping around probably isn't necessary!
