Nice Guys Buying Houses

At first this company was okay. It was going slow because my sister and I had a ton of things to pack. They were very patient and understanding and we continued to try and beat our own set deadlines. Fast forward to December of 2023, we were able to finally move out and Adam said to leave everything on in my name and he would switch it over later. Well come to find out he obviously did NOT switch it over because there were payments missed and the utilities(water and electricity)were still under my name! I got a bill from each company in 2024 for so said amount of money and I had to pay them each because I did not want it to go against my credit. I thought surely that I would be reimbursed and all would be said and done. Here it is 2026 and I have not gotten ANYTHING! I could have went to any company and gotten results because it is a thousand + people who do what they do. I have notified Tiffany several times who was speaking to Adam and I thought the things she was saying were legit like “Adam will be in touch with you” or “Adam said he would call you.” I have NOT heard from him and quite frankly he can sit and spin on his phone call and his lies. The run-around was real but that’s cool. I will NEVER recommend their services to anyone I know and they NEVER have to worry about me working with them again.

I talked to two other buyers before Nice Guys and both were just trying to pay little or nothing for my house. Even after we found serious issues with my house Nice Guys was fair and up front about what would have to be repaired and what it would cost. In the end they were really easy to work with and gave me a fair price for my house. They even gave me extra time to move everything out. I am so glad I chose Nice Guys.

I was trying for a couple of months to get our house sold without repairs. I surfed the internet and came across a few pretty good companies to chose from. I went with Nice Guys Buying Houses because it felt right and my instinct didn’t let me down. I prayed for direction as to who to choose and I was led to work with them. The experience was smooth and Tiffany was fantastic to work with! Adam came to our house and gave it a once over and they pretty much took it from there. I would recommend them to anyone to work with. The process is not long and drawn out and you get to let them know when you can close. Very easy to work with and I cannot thank them enough! My client was able to purchase an investment property from Nice Guys and we had an excellent experience with them and their agent, Ann. They had a lot of offers on this particular property but wanted to give my client the opportunity, and work with a smaller local company. These are really NICE GUYS and LADIES!

We purchased a home that was renovated by Nice Guys. While the home appeared great when we first moved in, we've been in 10 months and are finding issues left and right. A lot of short cuts were taken and we are now paying a hefty price to fix issues. We've paid $1600 to fix the roof, baseboards are cracking and falling off, the deck has warped with posts falling off and the railing is incredibly wobbly. These are just a few of the many issues that we have found and we continue to find almost every day.

Telemarketer would not admit they are a realtor. Why would anyone do business with a company that starts out by lying to you.
