"My Quick Home Buyers" is a great company to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and she was the absolute best. She was very attentive and responsive to any issues that arose. It was easy to communicate with her and very understanding. And I appreciated that.

This company is an absolute joke. I was selling 2 pieces of vacant land in Homestead, Florida. This company reached (Jairo Cortes) out to me to purchase my property. I made it abundantly clear to Jairo that I was not interested in working with them if they planned on trying to wholesale the property. I explained to him that I had worked with wholesalers in the past and on more than one occasion they ended up wasting my time. I informed him that these companies would get my property under contract for a few weeks and then cancel the contract right before the Due Diligence period expires if they are not able to assign or find another buyer for the property. He assured me that was not going to be the case and I decided to accept their offer. In a span of 2 days I get a marketing advertisement from an affiliate of this company trying to wholesale my lots. I immmediately called and spoke with the transaction manager (Rose Thompson). I explained to her the situation and politely asked her to cancel the contract. I told her I made it clear that I did not want to tie up the property for a few weeks and then have them cancel for no apparent reason. She told she would speak directly to the owner of the company (Michelle Murray). She got back to me that same day and told me they were not going to cancel the contract. That was the part that bothered me the most about this company. Why not cancel my contract? I made it crystal clear to Jairo NOT to write up the contract if that was their intentions. He basically ignored what I specifically asked him not to do. To make matters worse I receive a phone call a few days ago from their company trying to sell me my own lots!!! They had no clue I was the owner. That right there made me realize the type of comapny that I was working with. Lastly, I received an email yesterday from them (1 day before the Due Diligence Period was set to expire) that they changed their mind and decided to cancel. Why am I not surprised? They did EXACTLY what I told them they were going to do. Why in the world would they do this? I am telling you DO NOT work with MyQuickHomeBuyers. They are very unprofessional and do not understand the meaning of truth and honesty. This company handled this situation in the worst possible way. They made me waste 3 weeks of my time where I could have been looking for legitimate end buyer. I never write reviews but I could not just let this pass. They behaved so poorly that I had to write a TRUTHFUL and HONEST review on them. There are many more professional companies out there to work with. This is not one of them.
