I called one week ago to discuss how to get a possible cash offer for my home. Person I talked to was pleasant and told me he would call me back to let me know if his company could help me. Haven’t heard from this dude yet over a week later. At least call/text to say you can or can’t help me. Be professional. If you can’t or don’t want to help, just say so.
