From my experience with Kim from the letters she has sent to my residence: We didn't ask for their help they just started sending requests to my dead mother-in-law. She had just died and they started sending requests to buy her house. Too bad they didn't check to see if she owned it. Guess this company really doesn't do their homework very well. Would never do business with someone like this. They must scour the obituaries. When I talked to Kim she said she searched the tax bills to get owners addresses. That gets the owner, not the occupant. She also has repeatedly removed legitimate reviews that she doesn't like. Just because she doesn't like them doesn't mean they aren't accurate.

Horrible manners. Unable to comprehend English. Made a laughable offer and refuse to stop communication.

I’m was very pleased with this company. They gave me a reasonable offer on my dad’s house considering the condition it was in. I didn’t have time to deal with it and they stepped in and bought the house cash.

Well, I was told there would be no closing costs. That is why he justified giving me such a low price. But there were closing costs. Beware the fine print and read every word
