Someone must be paying people to write 5 star reviews because they are all lies. This company literally harassed people (WHO AREN'T TRYING TO SELL) into selling their home to them for pennies and rents them out to the public for a ridiculously expensive and high market up. The tenants who have rented from them in the past have lost their homes because of the rent spikes, good people, hard working families have lost their homes. Shame on you JWB. Go head and copy and paste your " We apologize " templates in response. It still doesn't change the fact that this company is not for helping the people.

This company calls me continuously harassing me to buy my property. I have never listed a property to sell.

KJ and Alex are super honest and easy to work with - with JWB there is never any issues when you are trying to sell them a property. They will give you a quick response as to potential sales offers. Once they make an offer, there is no doubt they will close.

If you are looking to simply get out of your home because you can no longer afford it, this might be the route for you. However if you have a good idea what your home is worth and are looking for an easy cash offer and fast closing, expect to be low-balled. This is a company that plans to add your home to it's rental portfolio which is completely fine, but they are more or less looking for properties that are in trouble. It also took 3 days before anyone responded to my original request for a quote. Just wanted to share my honest experience
