I mistakenly posted a one star review on this page a month ago since two guys who said they are from Joe Home Buyer wasted my 3 weeks by cancelling the contract one week before closing. Then Greg who is actually from Joe Home Buyer contacted me saying i posted in a wrong page and i realized i was being scammed so guys please be careful when you deal with people. I did my due diligence before processing with those guys but i still failed. But due to that review Greg and i came in contact and he offered to buy my house. The process was very smooth and no hassle at all. We closed the house on 4th December and Greg was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Greg even went beyond the scope of expectations to help me with professional recommendations in other projects in my primary home.
