If I could give them ZERO stars I would!! Mark had a SIGNED agreement with my 81 year old father; and once my father found another place to live, Mark informs us that he cannot make the deal as promised and needs to reduce the price by $20,000. I hope they do not make another penny in West Michigan. Shame on you for preying on the elderly - where is WOOD TV when you need them? This needs to be elevated to show how companies need to be held responsible and to honor their contracts! Fraudulent company - buyer beware!
