4 months agoSo I was selling a condemned house in Leominster, Mass., and talked to several potential buyers. I know in this type of market you meet plenty of unscrupulous buyers. Or people who try to give you a real lowball offer to make a quick buck. Or just people who as soon as you meet them, you just don't want to deal with them. So after meeting with these people I called Joe's Homebuying and within half an hour talked to a gentleman by the name of Jason Perez. I met with him a few days later to show him the house. And no I am not a bot, and I had never met Jason until I showed him the house. I can get a quick sense of people, and my first reaction was yes this is a good guy, and yes this is someone I want to deal with, as I told him later. So during our time, I found him to be very professional , very reasonable, very patient, very prompt, very knowledgeable, and if I had a question he would get back to me immediately. In addition there was another person involved in the sale who at times would make things more difficult, but this did not faze Jason. He just stayed on course until things got done. Where most buyers would have just walked away. So yes if you want somebody that has integrity and will do a great job for you, this is the guy you want. Jason Perez operating in the Leominster, Fitchburg area. As we got closer to the sale, I said to him there is so much to deal with here, it is very confusing. and his response was, " You're in good hands now. We'll do the heavy lifting." You can't beat that.
