After both my parents passed away, I was left with the chore of dealing with a double probate process that I had no clue to deal with. Hired a lawyer to deal with that and found out my next job was to sell my folks property as per the probate court (which was another chore I've never done before) to divide up with my siblings. Once the lawyers office started placing the ads, I received all kinds of calls from folks wanting to buy my folks house but giving low ball offers and generally wasting my time and gas to drive back and fourth from NW Georgia to NE Georgia. (2 hour trip with good Traffic). Then Shannon sent me a postcard in the mail so i decided to call him for the next round of folks to show the house too. This young man was very well spoken, polite, genuine and sounded like someone I could actually talk to and be friends with. The day we met at my folks house, he was the only one that LISTENED to me when i gave my bottom dollar price, and he didn't insult me with a low offer, but instead offered to help me in any way he could. He talked me thru the process of how he could help, and basically became my agent in the sale of my folks property. I may not have received what i was originally asking, but i do believe he got me top dollar for what the condition of my folks property was in at the time. He also stuck with me thru the entire process making sure I was aware of what to expect next. AND, he also appeared at Closing with me to finalize the process. Even afterwards, he called to check on me and my wife to ask how we were holding up. THAT alone means more to me than anyone could ever know. I highly recommend using this company, and I certainly hope ALL of their employees are as Genuine and Kind as Shannon was. If SO, then this Company should be widespread across this Country, not just the State. Thank You Shannon, for everything. You truly made the process as less Stressful on me as possible, and with the health issues I have, that was definitely needed. Hope your family is doing well, even if your wife wouldn't let you have the boat. Lol
