Stop sending postcards to residents that have clearly already requested it

It was very seamless starting with text exchange and then a couple of phone calls from an employee discussing sale price. Once that was agreed to Dan then called to discuss and negotiate final details and closing date. Very easy to work with and closing went smooth.

They did everything they could to save us from foreclosure, and gave us a chance at a new life. They gave us everything we asked for and more.

These people are soliciting my husband non-stop and begging him to sell a home to them that we don't even own. They are blowing up our phone with text after text and VERY PUSHY too through text. It is illegal to solicit anyone in the Do Not Call list, even if it's via text. The state attorney general will handle complaints like this. Even if I did own the home, I would never do business with anyone that is money hungry or breaks FTC rules. You have a 1 star rating for a reason. Maybe you should stop harassing and pushing/begging people for business. If you were that good, you would be busy with referrals. Stop being so desperate for business to the point where you are harassing people.

Obtained my personal cell phone number to contact me. I will be reporting them and recommend anyone else they contact do the same thing. SCAM!!!

I also received an unsolicited text using poor grammar asking me to sell my property. This is a very unprofessional business tactic. Only a fool would go into a real estate business transaction with some stranger from over 400 miles away that had contacted them in this manner. Seriously??? You would be wise to acknowledge all of the negative feed back about this practice of yours and stop doing it. Please remove my name and number from your system.

Asked many questions irrelevant to the home buying process such as "Is the business that's hiring you paying for moving expense?", or "What state are you moving to across country?" without any connected explanation. Kept trying to get information from us about other offers we've received without ever actually giving us an offer. Texted and called but never responded to any of my texts asking what their next step was/if they were going to offer. When we spoke on the phone, they started off the conversation with completely wrong specifications on the bedrooms and bathrooms of our home--a one second search on zillow or redfin would've corrected that. Overall, left an impression of being extremely unprofessional and lazy in doing their due diligence. Edit: Their response reflects no ownership and only defensiveness despite my review being consistent with the great majority of other reviews. Them "better assisting" us resulted in them not willing to pay anything close to market value for our home, nor even make a counter offer (see screenshot).

The practices you use are spam. Don't text people unsolicited and then be upset when you get called out for it. Change your business model or learn to compete with reputable companies.
