I can't say enough good things about my experience with Brandton and Jared at Homevestors. I had a previous bad experience with a different investor who over-promised a fantastic price but then stalled 90 days before canceling our contract. Brandton came to our properties and offered us a fair price on the spot. He kept in touch with us regularly and helped us through the process. When we got closer to closing Jared stepped in and guided us through that part of the process. He even got our closing moved up a week. The process with Homevestors took 5 weeks, start to finish. I was in a tough spot. I needed to sell my house, it needed a lot of work and I didnt have the strength to complete my projects. They gave me a fair price without added pressure. I wanted to sell a house I inherited and had. No idea how to go about it. Jared met with us, explained the process and made a very fair offer. He was so fair and professional we signed the papers the next day, and closed on the house soon thereafter. Jared and Laura then assisted us with setting up help with packing and moving of property we wanted and what we did not was left. The entire process was painless, seamless and quick, and extremely helpful to us. What I thought was going to be a hard process was made so easy and simple I am amazed how smooth it went. I really enjoyed working with Brandton on a house I wanted to sell in a suburb of Kansas City! He was honest, communicated promptly, was very helpful, understanding of my situation, and a pleasure to work with! After he went to see my house, he gave me an offer. However, I found another fix and flip company that offered me more and is also trustworthy. Even though I didn't accept his offer, I totally recommend working with Brandton! Working with this company, and Jarod in KC in particular was a refreshingly professional and pleasant experience. My dad’s home was very badly damaged by fire. With everything we were dealing with, we needed a quick, fair and painless process to move on. Jarod met with me and he was clear, concise, and above all transparent and honest.
