Highly recommend! Izzy was so kind, patient and wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful. We were selling our mother’s house after she had to be placed in a nursing facility. I sold my house with Izzy and Homestead Cash Buyers 2 years ago with creative financing. I was a little uncertain about leaving the mortgage in my name but Izzy assured me that he would not go MIA on me if anything rose up. Well, my property taxes went up and the new buyer had to pay it but couldn’t or wouldn’t. I called Izzy and before the next payment was due he had a new buyer in the house and the new buyer is going to have the house paid off in 1 year!
