I was helping a friend sell a house... I found this company online and what homes offer heros does to give back to people who serve this country is amazing. I personally didnt know this company exists and if more people who sell there house this is the company. I know alot of vets that could use the help this company offers. I contacted Home Offer Heroes, and although they responded promptly, I sensed a lack of interest in helping me. I was eager to find out how much they would offer for our home, but the representative I spoke with mentioned that they couldn't provide an offer since our home is currently listed. She advised me to reach out again once the listing expires. However, I have been told that they can still give an estimate and make an offer on a house even while it is listed. This leaves me puzzled as to why they chose not to.

We had a house that we did an owner financing on. The owners had to be foreclosed on due to non pay and in process absolutely trashed the house. Gayle and Henry from Home Offer Heroes were absolutely a God send and gem to work with. They started on 12-1-2024 and house closed and funds credited to our account on 2-4-25. A 66 day turn around is exemplary and we will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks for a more than stellar job. I would give ten stars if I could but not an optiin.
