So I left a bad review a couple of months ago, but removed it to make sure. We bought this house in 2021 and we've had to replace the AC unit, the well pump, there's electrical issues and now we're having to replace the shower in the master bathroom because the people he had install it did an awful job so we've had a leak and now have mold. And I'm not the only one who's had these issues, so now we're $46,000 plus in debt because we didn't check or have it inspected first, not to mention that he'll suddenly quit responding to you like he did us and we had to finally cut his lock off of the front door. So I would strongly suggest that you have anything you buy from this company checked before signing any paper work. And he'll say that you bought it as a fixer upper, and I guarantee you'll be doing lots of fixing.
