It was an easy process. The only thing different that I would do is not use a lawyer. It wasn't needed. The lawyer I used made the process more difficult for me because I had to do extra leg work.But the Halo guys were helpful and friendly.

Let me begin by saying that I am a very tough reviewer, a retired law enforcement officer who scrutinizes everything. This company is so good that they are literally from another stratosphere. I was selling an old house that needed an extreme rehab. I first dealt with Jonathan, who is a dynamo. His work ethic is incredible, as was the work ethic of everyone whom I subsequently dealt with at the company. Unbelievably knowledgeable, sincere, and respectful. They looked out for me every step of the way. He sent Rick out to do a quick walk through, then we struck a deal that was very agreeable to me and that same day we did the contract. Then they were off and running and in a matter of weeks, we had our closing. I had complete and immediate access to them every step of the way. The went so far above and beyond that I can't even describe it. PLEASE do yourself a favor and chose them if you are thinking of selling property. They handle everything from homes needing rehab, to million dollar mansions. I wish that everyone did business this way.

Halo was the perfect alternative to the traditional Real Estate transaction. They made a fair offer, better than FSBO offers received. They had great communication and were totally transparent. The contact to closing fast and trouble free. I would contact them again without a question.

There are several companies that claim they can give you a good fair market price for your " as is " property but the marketing practices are questionable.
