He will give you an offer on your house which will make you think they deducted the repairs you said it needs done but it is not he comes up with the offer he thinks is fair then takes away more value from your home because he said to me “ I need to make a profit “ so that no fee no commission no closing cost is a lie! He’s out to get rich off the value of your home and leave you high and dry and homeless! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU’LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!!!
