After my house foreclosed, Frank bought it and paperwork said I had 15 days to get my stuff and instead, the very next day he had all of my belongings dumped. This man talks a good game, but in the end doesn't follow rules.

I was going through a very difficult time and had to make a difficult decision to sell my house for cash .I met with a few cash buyers but Frank came highly recommended by Old Republic Title company. Frank took it upon himself to load it into his car and drive it over to that rehab center and donate it on my behalf ,that just shows what a wonderful person he is.
