Came to the house already being filled in on my situation from my Realtor Celena Blunk, took everything in stride and worked with me to get where I felt comfortable dollar amount, allowed a 30 day extend stay after closing of no charge!! Allowed to leave items if I was not able to take or dispose of properly. No gimmicks, no fast talking or cliches. Just a kind gentle man willing to help someone not in the best situation. Reached out 2 weeks after closing for a check in if I was on track and if I needed anything. I want to first start out by saying I do not recommend this company and when it comes to them coming to the property and looking at it and giving you a price then at closing the price is totally different from what they said it would be. Do no verbal with them.I'm sorry that you but when you are selling a home to someone and they don't want to call you back they don't want to talk to you and it's been going on for 3 months and all they tell you is oh yeah I'll call you back this afternoon they don't do that how can you trust someone that doesn't ever respond back to what they're telling you. Just be cautious if you use them and make sure you get everything in writing do not sign the piece of paper until you have gone over it and make sure what he is telling you is on the that piece of paper because they will throw that back in your face as far as are concerned.
