in 2024 i had eric rep come to house and gave estimate 150,000 off the licensed appraised value and licensed house inspection report for and immaculate, award winning landscape, 4000 sq ft home. he even wanted us to pay the real estate commission. be careful here. all person did was find fault with the home in a pristine neighborhood
