My mom sold them her house almost a year ago, and they had agreed on a very low price. She saw that they were one of the few companies that had reviews which is why I’m now writing this review. They got away with lowballing her because she was an older woman and not very knowledgeable about the housing market. They agreed to let her stay in the house for a while after they purchased and they would hold on to some of her proceeds, however once she moved out and turned in the key, they never gave her the rest of her money. It seems like this company preys on older people to purchase houses and flip, I bet they make ridiculous amounts of money from other people struggling to pay their mortgage. I do not recommend working with them.
