When Roy contacted me about helping me get out of my house my world was upside down, i was receiving about 10-15 calls a day either from automated systems using fake(spoofed) phone numbers and recordings or the person on the other end sounded like they were in a really bad call center. Roy was the only one who's call had caller ID and # that wasn't fake. After a quick conversation I decided to let him handle the sale of my home. We talked about options and what worked best for me, allowing me the time i needed to find a home for dogs and find a new place to live. Once that was through the rest of the process was super easy. I wouldnt hesitate to use his assistance again if I am ever in that situation again.
