What a great experience our family had with Janet & Matt at Direct Buyers. Initially our family accepted an offer from their competitor whose price was a little higher but had a 7 day contingency. Later this competitor tried to lower their offer by $100k in escrow due to the condition of the house. It was a nightmare trying to get out of that escrow and I wasted almost a month. Finally we called Direct Buyers and they were able to offer me a reasonable higher price and close in 2 weeks. It was really assuring to be able to work direct with the owners directly and not have to go back and forth with different agents. Matt was always accessible and over performed what he promised…It was almost too simple of a process. Highly recommend if you want to minimize the brain damage of working with random companies that low ball. Highly recommend direct buyers!!
