From the first contact with Covenant the experience was the best. The first meeting with Justin was at mom’s house. He not only viewed the house but was helpful in explaining the entire process. He made the offer on the house two days later. My brother and I felt it was a tremendous offer. Covenant was also very patient waiting on the courts to open probate so we could sell the house. It was three months before we could close due to the slow process with the court. Covenant was ready to close when I was finally appointed executor of the estate. I appreciate their patience. Was a pleasure working with Justin and Covenant. An aunt passed and we were settling her estate. She had a nice house, but it definitely needed some work. Well, lots of work would be a more apt description. I contacted Justin, gave him some details and he had a more than fair offer back to me the next day. To be candid, I had contacted numerous "we buy home" companies and all their offers were much lower. A deal was struck and closing was quick and easy.

Competent real estate professionals would know this, and not continue to hassle a grieving family over a property that isn't theirs. Justin clearly doesn't do his research, why would anyone trust him with one of the most important purchases of their life? Clearly scummy business tactics from a trash salesperson.

My cellphone was stolen at CLIFTON Kroger around 11:30 A.M. 06/06/2022. I was able to trace it to 408 Lindsey Court. I reported it stolen. I went there on Tuesday morning hoping that the person was honest. I thought they were just holding it until I reached out to them. I was unable to access the building as the main door was locked. I left a note offering a reward. I came home and googled the property. I called and was connected to Justin Stewart. He promptly called me back. He was so kind and helpful. I just wanted to acknowledge what an amazing person he is, who represents you company so well. He referred me to the manager. I would like to say she was as helpful as Justin. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Had she been as prompt and helpful as Justin I may have been able to retrieve my phone. My phone is still missing. Once the thief was aware I knew where my phone was . They did something. I can no longer trace.

The guys at Covenant gave us a great offer for our house and we’re very easy to work with. They were very accommodating with our unique schedule and I will definitely recommend them for someone who is looking to sell their house.
