I received an unsolicited call from this company. On the caller ID it came up as “Unknown” and they left a message stating that they had received information that I owned a home that was recently up for sale. I’ve owned my home for over a decade. I called the number provided and spoke with a very rude associate who stated that my home’s information was public record and added that while his company won’t call again other companies would. IMO any business that uses these tactics must be desperate for business and not care about the people their calls are harassing.

Real deal! They came over, inspected the home and gave me an offer on the spot. Also helped with some title and lien issues on the property, white glove experience!
