Do not use this company! They low ball the value of your property and take advantage of people.who are desperate. Based on my own experience, I did my homework prior and knew the true value of my property. Their offer was $15,000 less the actual survey value and price comps for my area. Please understand the value on your tax bill is always understated, so don’t use that as the basis for your value.. I highly advise you to hire your own company and get a true value of your property, it’s not that expensive. They lowball the price offer, then turn around and sell your property for more than its true value. That’s why they offer to pay all closing cost. * Based on public information, and details from others.They recently purchased a property for $32K, and led the family to believe they actually were only buying the land, since the existing home was uninhabitable. They agreed to “pay to remove and dispose of the home onsite, out of generosity since the owner had died in the home and found 3+ days later”. Instead they did minor repairs to the existing 1900+ S/F home, and now have the property on the market for $215k…that’s a $183,000 difference less the cost of minor wood repairs and cosmetic painting. I encourage you to follow their sell history as the truth is there, using online access. Looking to buy a property in general, look online at the history. If it was purchased at a low price, and now selling for thousands more.. ask questions as there’s a reason.
