Worst home selling experience ever. They lied and manipulated the process. Never met with anyone for purchase as they do everything electronic. Stated they had to lower price because they needed to replace roof and grading neither of which did they do after they purchased and placed on market. They changed closing last min. Only to change it back to orginal but it caused delay for closing on new place. I have owned over 20 homes in my life and had a problem until this buyer. Never will i do business with or refer to them in future!

I sold a house to christopher Ellyn Homes. They are very nice people the kept in contact throughout the selling process. My house was a fixer upper. My husband and i started on the work and had bought alot of materials for the job but ran out of money to do what we wanted. I think we kinda got a low ball price for area and what we did have that could be used for the remodeling but we had to sell so i can start my schooling in another state. Other than the money, they were great to work with.

they won't stop sending mail asking to sell our house. it's practically harassment at this point, we've asked them MULTIPLE times to stop. literally what gave them the idea that we were even interested in selling anyway? very invasive.

They send tons of mail asking to buy your house, very annoying.
