"Cash For Your Home" these guys are a truly unique kind of business. They are type all unto their own . I lost both of my parents not so long ago, and the probate process has been a nightmare for me. Both of my parents passed without leaving a will. I'm sure you can imagine the chaos that followed. My representative "Hunter" was unbelievably caring about my situation he hepled me when no one else would. I couldn't even get an attorney cause the situation was almost beyond repair. However even though it was that bad he still managed to make some sense out of my chaos. My parents property was sold. Finally after being turned down by so many people he made it easy as was very sympathetic to the situation he walked me through the process step by step and explained to me the entire process so that I would understand and know exactly what was going on if I had a question all I had to do is call amd he was right there to help me out no operators no automated voice prompts it was him I cant express to you how much I appreciated that. You cant find service like that these days If you ever want to sell or buy your home. There is no other place to look if you want a business that actually cares about you. Hunter reached out to me asking to buy my property. After negotiating a price and terms we all signed on Friday. By Wednesday we hadn’t heard anything, so we reached out to the title company. The title company didn’t have our contract and no earnest money had been deposited. I reached out to Hunter for an update, which he didn’t have any other than saying “everything was on track”. He claimed he would follow up but then several hours later we received a sale cancellation notice. Hunter had blocked my number and ghosted me. If you’re considering doing business with this company and/or Hunter please reconsider. He is not trust worthy, organized or professional.
