I am not impressed at all with Brothers Buy Homes. I'm not sure if it was just my acquisition manager, but I noticed he used the intimidation tactic to try to low ball you regarding an offer. He had me thinking I could never get anything near what I hoped for, however, I ended up working with a different company and had a wonderful experience and exactly what I asked for (number wise). I am glad I dodged a bullet here!
