Please take the time to read this review. There is a important message I wanted to tell my story about selling my house. If you are in a spot or just need to sell your house Breyer Home Buyers is the place to contact. When I first realized I needed to sell my house due to personal reasons with financial difficulty, I contacted Home Vesters and they came asking a lot of questions. Told me I would only be able to get $132,000 for my house because of repairs. I knew in my heart that was wrong. See they bought my nephew’s house and I knew what repairs needed to be done. I called them out on what they were trying to do. My nephew’s house was bought for $197,000 with mostly just cosmetic repairs done and sold it for $320,000!!!!???? I don’t need to say anything else. When I turned them down and they saw I was going with Breyer Home Buyers they texted me. I blew them off. I did my research and Breyer Home Buyers are honest, good hearted people. They do everything for you to make the process as easy as possible and you can trust them. I was able to sell my house for exactly what I asked for and for that I am forever grateful to Shawn and the rest of his team (which is his family). I also want to thank Casey at McMichael and Grey who handled everything for closing. They are all great people to work with. Don’t let the wrong people plant the wrong things in your mind. I gave Breyer Home Buyers 5 stars and honestly they deserve more.

Shawn and his team were great and very transparent and communicative during the process. Although he offered, Shawn and I never even met or even spoke on the phone during the entire transaction. It just wasn't necessary. At the end of the day my mother and I got a reasonable price on a property we wanted to get rid of for years, and we are very satisfied.
