Could not have had a better experience in selling our family home to Adam. Unfortunately, having a total of 6 quarreling family members attempting to sell an uninhabitable house stretched out to a full year and multiple twists and turns but Adam was always a text or phone call away to offer his previously experienced advice. I'm not sure if it was his patience or his faith but this man saved our behinds!

*SELLERS BEWARE* i had a gentleman that came to my home to check the value and what the cash offer should be for our home. He walked away and gave us a number I was comfortable with. I mentioned to him multiple times how hard it was for us to sell this house (both my kids were born in this home) but we knew we had to move on. I asked him to text message me the offer and i would speak to my husband and circle back with him. After much conversation my husband we decided to pull the trigger and take the offer as we knew this was the right time. It wasn’t easy for us to have this discussion our heart strings were def pulled. I circle back with him a couple of day’s later and told him we were ready to move forward and he said he would send the contract over that evening or next morning. The next day he called me and said - after speaking to heather our offer now is 85k less than what I stated. Are you kidding me?!?!?! He kept pushing me to use HIS realtor as i would get a higher offer. If i wanted to use a realtor and sell in the market i would have. I was avoiding that as I have young kids in the home - all of this was explained when he visited. This felt like a scam and if I could give this company 0 stars I would,
