Would not recommend. The person I had did not know much at all; about the market, real estate terminology, or much else truthfully. The main thing I started with about working with them was them selling my information because I did not want an offer if I was then going to be bombarded with calls/texts from ever Tom, Dick, and Harry trying to buy my house. He lied and claimed they didn’t; currently receiving multiple calls/texts daily. They then sent me an offer that was $70k less than what opendoor had sent. And it didn’t even have any information at all, it was simply a docusign for a contract to sell my home for what felt like nothing in the moment. Not the way I like to do business.
