I had a good experience selling my house to Baritone (aka "we buy houses phoenix arizona"). To give a little background, I'm retired, and I lost my source of income in 2014. Things went downhill and I lost my truck. I was in a tough spot. So one day I'm walking to the store, since I no longer had transportation, and I see one of those "we buy houses" signs. I called it right then and there, and literally within an hour, Bob from Baritone was at my house. He walked through the house, measured it, told me about how their process worked, and asked me how much I wanted for the house. When I told him my price, he said that it would work for him, and we signed a 1 page contract. 7 days later, I had a check in my hand from Clear Title. Now, I've purchased houses before, bought em, sold em, and I couldn't believe that this could possibly all happen in one week. But they did everything they said they were going to do, they were helpful all the way through the process, and they got it done on time. And Bob's company paid all the closing costs and fees, so the check that I got was for the exact amount that we had agreed to on the contract. I couldn't be happier with how it went.
