Matthew and his team were awesome in handling the in-laws’ home in Stone Mountain! On time, courteous, fair. Most important - they’re honest. A different service gave me a great contract price but then lowered it after their “inspection”. Apparently that’s common practice with some all-cash-homebuyer services. Not these guys! They handled the clean out and made this easy.
