Highly recommend! Advantage Homebuyers of VA is a small business located in Norfolk, VA that serves the entire Hampton roads region. The owner, John, had 20+ years of experience in the mortgage industry prior to starting the company. John was awesome to work with and made selling my home such an easy process. I am thoroughly satisfied with how he handled everything. He met me at the house to do a walkthrough at a time that was convenient for me, then made me an offer on the spot for an amount that was more than fair! There weren’t any hoops to jump through or long meetings. The final closing was handled at a local law office and took 20 minutes at most. Even if you do plan on selling through the traditional route with a realtor, it is still worth it to give him a call to explore your options. In my case, if I decided to update the property on my own and then sell through a realtor, I would’ve ended up with the same amount of money in the bank once it was all said and done. At the end of the day, I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
