So this is how it all unfolded. Bryce called me while I was at work and proceeded to sell me. I wasn't sellable. That's when you would think the phone call would end but Bryce isn't your everyday home buyer / flipper. He found out that I wanted to keep my house and I had a few obstacles in my way in order to secure it as mine so he started giving me pointers, tips, and links to sites, pretty much everything that he knew professionally he gave that to me free of charge. He has since stayed in touch with me over the course of these last six months. The first few months (before I made the house my home) our conversations were comprised of first making sure I put his knowledge to good use so that I didn't screw up and lose my house and then to let me know about the next Tuesdays Church group meeting and to make sure that I'm good mentally and to make sure that me and my family are okay. The last 4 months (After securing my home for years to come with his advice mind you, and him knowing this) he would call asking, and still calls asking me how my family I are doing, making sure we are good financially, emotionally... the whole nine yards! Whatever you want to call it, A-1, 100, Solid, etc, etc, etc, he's all of those and whatever other hashtags you could come up with that would fall underneath that category. What I'm trying to get at is this...The guy knows what he's doing in his line of work, and he has a heart so he's not going to try to screw you over. He's going to find a perfect medium that will sit well with you financially, and himself financially with no nonsense in-between. What more could you ask for from somebody in his trade... I rest my case.

It was about time I got to work with Bryce and his team. One of the easiest transactions I've done in a awhile. First off, Bryce is a man of integrity and a man of his word. In this industry there's alot of shady people, so it's a breath of fresh air doing business with an honest fella. The property we bought was great and his numbers were pretty much spot on.
