I explained to her I knew the worth or value of my property but I am not trying to put it up for sale she asked me what I had in mind and I told her she investigated the house and offered me what I wanted. The company was very fair in their offer. There were no hidden surprises or deceptions in the Ernest money part of the contract. They were straight with everything they said and regarded a high integrity.

First off I highly recommend 414 Homebuyers if you’re thinking of selling your home without the hassle or anxiety of the normal process of selling a home!! I made a call to 414 Homebuyers expecting a high pressure sales pitch? Wow! Nothing like what I expected. Got a call from Kate (HB Associate) who was pleasant and accommodating and asked me when I would like to set up an appointment to view the house. We met at my parents home which needed a lot of TLC and Kate explained the whole process of selling the home and always asked if I had any other questions because she wanted me to be totally comfortable with the sale of the home. Kate kept in constant contact with me and got back in a short period of time with a fair “as is” offer for the home. I went ahead with the offer and met Jeff (Project Manager) for an inspection. Jeff was great! Again very informative and answered all my questions. Kate kept in constant contact for any questions I had and reviewed and explained the process to closing for me and even helped me with the closing date. All in all I highly recommend 414 Homebuyers if you want to sell your home without any hassle and great professional communication and caring from 414 HB. The process was seamless from start to finish. No unanswered questions and an honest fair offer for a home that was sold “as is” so I didn’t have to worry about repairs or future issues or problems with the home.
